How to invite someone
- Open the company and go to Company settings > Members and agents.
- Tap “Invite collaborator”, type the email and choose the access level.
- The person receives an email. If they already have an ōrbita account they get in directly; if not, they create one with that email.
Until they accept, the invitation appears in Pending invitations and you can resend or revoke it. You can only grant a level equal to or lower than yours.
Inviting collaborators and changing their level is part of the Star plan; on the Satellite plan only the company owner works.
Access is per company: someone who gets into a client’s company does not see your other clients.
What each level can do
There are four levels, from lowest to highest: Viewer, Editor, Admin and Owner. Each level can do everything the previous one can and something more. The table is generated from the permissions ōrbita applies, so it updates itself when they change. In each block, the first row says who can see that part and the following ones who can change it.

A common use in agencies: the client gets in as Viewer to review and comment on proposals without being able to publish, and the agency team as Editor or Admin.
Change, remove or leave access
- Change the level of a collaborator from their row in Members and agents. You can only change or remove someone of a lower level than yours (the table details it, under Members and agents).
- Remove access from someone: they stop seeing the company immediately. You can invite them again.
- Leave this company: any collaborator can leave on their own.
- When someone leaves or loses access, both that person and whoever administers the company get a notice.
Transfer ownership
Only the owner can transfer a company to another person (for example, the agency hands the company back to the client, or the other way round). The transfer is done by invitation with a link that expires after 14 days; until the other person accepts, nothing changes. When they accept, the former owner stays as Admin.
If an action is blocked for you, the reason is almost always the level: ask whoever administers the company for a higher access.
