Where they are
In Interactions (Spanish), the Review type filter leaves only the reviews from your Google listing. You need to have your Google Business Profile connected in Connections. Above the tabs, ōrbita says when the last review arrived (“Last review received…”) or that none has arrived yet.
In a review’s detail you see the stars, the text, the photos uploaded by whoever wrote it (with a viewer to move from one to the next) and your reply if there is one. Those with 3 stars or fewer carry the red “Low review” mark.
Filters
With the Review type active, a bar with four filters appears:
- Stars: from 1 to 5.
- Not answered.
- Period: last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Sort: unanswered first, newest or oldest.
Read, archive and clean up in bulk
Select lets you mark several interactions at once as read or archive them. Archive those older than 30 days sends to “Archived” everything past that age; it moves to that tab and you can recover it whenever you want.
Reply
Replying requires Editor level or higher (with Read-only you can read and mark as read, but not reply). The reply is published on Google: Google accepts a single owner reply. You can edit it, and Delete reply removes it from Google and leaves the review unanswered again.
Saved replies
The Saved replies button, inside “Reply”, lets you pick a reply you have already written and adjust it before sending. They are managed from Manage saved replies: each one has a name and a text, up to 5,000 characters. In the text you can use {autor}, which is replaced by the name of whoever writes, and {negocio}, by your company’s name. They belong to the company and apply to all the networks in the inbox, not only Google. If you delete one, the replies you already published do not change.
With your agent’s help
On a review, Suggest a reply with your agent creates a task for your agent. It reads your Brand Kit and the review, proposes the reply and only publishes it on Google if you say OK. If you do not have an agent connected yet (Claude or ChatGPT), ōrbita leaves you two tasks: connecting it and this one. For it to be able to send it from the chat it needs the permission to reply, which is explained in the connector guide; otherwise, you send it in ōrbita.
Internal notes
Under each review there are Internal notes: only your team sees them, never whoever wrote the review. You can edit and delete them.
Review alerts
The Review alerts button is at the top, in Interactions, and under the Google Business Profile row in Connections. Alerts are per person and per company: each team member chooses theirs. There are three:
| Alert | What it warns about | If you touch nothing |
|---|---|---|
| New review | Every time someone leaves a review on your listing. | On, by push |
| Negative review | Only those with 3 stars or fewer, to reply as soon as possible. | On, by push and email |
| Daily digest | Every morning, the reviews from the last 24 hours. | Off; when turned on, by email |
- Channels: Push and Email. Push reaches the mobiles where you have ōrbita notifications turned on (in your profile, Preferences). If you remove the last channel of an alert, the alert turns off.
- The daily digest goes out at 8:00 in your company’s time with the reviews that reached ōrbita in the last 24 hours (at most the 20 most recent). If none has arrived, it is not sent.
- Instant alerts: Google notifies ōrbita as soon as there is a new review. Under the Google Business Profile row in Connections you see “Instant alerts on”; if they drop, “down since” a date appears with the Switch back on button. While they are down, reviews still arrive on every inbox sync. If on switching back on you get “Another tool receives the alerts of this Google account”, turn them off in that tool and try again.
- The alerts go to the people with access to the company who have them turned on.
Import reviews into your social proof
Good reviews can become the company’s social proof, in ōrbita’s Reviews section, to use in your content. There are three ways:
- One by one from the inbox: the Add to reviews button on a Google review with text saves it with its stars. A review with only stars and no text cannot be added, because there is nothing to quote. Afterwards the review shows the “In reviews” mark.
- Import from Google: in Reviews, the Import from Google button opens a screen with your Google reviews. You filter by stars (all, only 5, or a minimum), period (all, or the last 30, 90 or 365 days), Only with text and Hide already imported, and press Import to ōrbita on the ones you want.
- Automatically: on that same screen, the switch “Automatically add the reviews with 4 or more stars and text that you receive” saves them on its own when they arrive. It comes turned off, and it only affects new reviews that arrive through the instant alert.
Editing or deleting social proof requires Admin level. What it is and how it is filled in is in Brand Kit and data (Spanish).
What it does not do
- It does not read private messages.
- Reviews from the ōrbita marketplace are something else and do not go through this inbox.
Who it is for
Included in the Satellite, Star and Galaxy plans. Assigning interactions to someone responsible is in the Star and Galaxy plans, as explained in Interactions (Spanish).
