  1. How to set up a company in ōrbita: sign-up and the getting-started guide

Setting up a company in ōrbita starts with giving it a name: it is created in a minute. After that, the getting-started guide, on the company's Home, takes you step by step: the website, a few questions about the business, the catalog, customer questions, the communication plan, key dates, the networks, the first month of content and the first scheduled post. You can do it yourself or with your agent (Claude or ChatGPT), and leave it and pick it up again whenever you want.

  2. The communication strategy in ōrbita

The communication strategy is the document that ōrbita writes with AI from each company's onboarding: value proposition, ideal customer, SWOT, positioning, brand voice, goal, content pillars and recommended networks. It is edited in the app, every change is saved automatically and it can be shared by link.

  3. Content language and how you address your audience

The content language is chosen per company: Spanish from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay or Latin America (neutral), plus English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German and Catalan. In the languages that distinguish it, you also choose the form of address (tú, usted, vos, vosotros...). It is set in onboarding and changed in Company settings > Company, in the Settings section.

  4. Content proposals: review, adjust and schedule

With the Star plan, each month ōrbita writes up to eight content proposals per company from its communication strategy, and you decide how many of each format: short video, carousel, image post or text only. Each proposal arrives with the why, the audience, the script, the text for each network and a preview. You add the material, adjust whatever you want, schedule the date and ōrbita publishes.

  5. The ōrbita editorial calendar

The ōrbita calendar shows all of a company's content proposals by day and time, with the thumbnail, the networks and the status of each one. From it you create new proposals on the date you want, and the business's key dates appear so you can plan around them.

  6. Connect social networks and publish from ōrbita

ōrbita publishes on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (personal profile), TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. You connect each account once from Company settings > Connections, schedule the proposal with a date and time, and ōrbita publishes it. If a network is not connected, about 30 minutes before that time it emails you the content ready to publish by hand.

  7. Why Instagram needs a Facebook Page and how to link them step by step

Instagram and Facebook belong to the same company, Meta, and Meta only lets an external tool publish to Instagram if the account is professional and linked to a Facebook Page. You do not need to use Facebook or post on it: the Page is just the way in. It takes four steps, from your phone, in less than half an hour.

  8. Brand Kit, catalog, customer questions and social proof: the company's data

The Brand Kit stores the brand's logos, colors, typefaces and links. The catalog, customer questions and social proof store what the company sells, what its customers ask and what people say about it. All of that is the raw material of the content proposals: the more complete it is, the more the content looks like the business.

  9. Canva and Google Drive: import material into a proposal

Canva and Google Drive are connected once from Company settings > Tools. After that, at every point of a proposal where you add material you will find "Import from Canva", "Create with Canva" and "Import from Google Drive": you choose the design or the file and it goes into the proposal as if you had uploaded it. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  10. Connect your AI: Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants working with your companies

ōrbita has an MCP connector so your own AI can work with your companies. In Claude you add it from its connector directory; in ChatGPT or another compatible assistant you paste the address https://mcp.orbitasolutions.org/mcp. Then you sign in to ōrbita and choose what you allow. From then on it reads the context, posts and metrics of your companies and leaves drafts for you to review. It acts with your own permissions and, if you grant it that permission and ask for it and confirm it in the chat, it also schedules a post or replies to a comment for you. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  11. Metrics: how your connected networks are doing

Metrics saves a snapshot of each company's connected networks every day: followers, views, interactions and posts, with the detail by network and by post. Today it covers Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile and the LinkedIn personal profile. It updates on its own once a day and on demand with Refresh.

  12. Set up your company with your AI: Claude or ChatGPT guide you step by step

When you create a new company, ōrbita lets you choose “Connect my AI and let it guide me step by step”. You connect Claude or ChatGPT with the ōrbita connector and paste the text the screen gives you. Your AI confirms the company with you, tells you which sources it has about it (what you tell it, your website, what you attach), shows you what it finds and asks you only for what is missing. At every step it gives you the link to ōrbita and waits for you to say “done” or “skip”. You confirm the plan, in ōrbita or in the chat; then your AI can request the first month of content. You create the company and you connect the networks.

  13. Upload images and videos from your AI with a public link

Your AI can put an image or a video on a post or a catalog product from a public https link (a shared Google Drive file, a Canva export, a photo on your website): ōrbita downloads it for you. It does not work with files dropped into the chat, images the AI generated itself, or private links. You can always upload it by hand by opening the post in ōrbita.

  14. Connect an agent: connector and email inbox

With a confirmed email inbox you can assign work to your agent and ōrbita tells it. The inbox only receives notices, with no data. To work in ōrbita it also needs one of these: the connector, which you authorise with your account and is what we recommend, its own ōrbita account or your password in its vault.

  15. Interactions: comments, mentions and reviews in one place

Interactions gathers in one inbox the comments, mentions and reviews each company receives on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Business Profile. From there you read, reply, react, assign to an owner and archive, without opening each network separately. Included in all plans; assigning interactions to an owner is on the Star plan.

  16. Collaborators and access levels per company

Each ōrbita company has its own collaborators. You invite by email choosing an access level (Admin, Editor or Viewer) equal to or lower than yours, and the person gets into that company and no other. On the Star plan users are unlimited: you can invite your client and your team at no extra cost.

  17. Saved replies: answer in a moment, in ōrbita or with your agent

Saved replies are texts your team reuses to answer comments, mentions and Google reviews from the Interactions inbox. You pick one, it fills in the name of the person who wrote and your business name, you adjust it and send it. Each one has its change history and its comments with mentions. Your agent can do all of it through MCP: read them, use them, create, change, delete and comment on them. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  18. Your account: details, subscription and deletion

In My account you manage what belongs to you as a user and not to a particular company: your details, your email and password, your agents, your companies, the language and the notifications on your device, and deleting your account. Each company's subscription and invoices are in Company settings > Plan and billing, and are managed from the web version, not from the mobile apps.

  19. YouTube: videos and Shorts from ōrbita

ōrbita connects one YouTube channel per company and publishes videos and Shorts: up to 1 GB per file, 15 minutes long (60 if your channel is phone-verified), with title, description with chapters, tags, category, your own thumbnail, visibility and scheduling. YouTube decides on its own whether a video becomes a Short, based on its format.

  20. End of the trial and company without a plan: what you keep and how to reactivate it

Your first company has a trial; when it ends, it needs its own plan. Later companies need their plan from the start. A company without a plan is blocked: your data is safe and nothing is deleted, but nothing in it can be seen or used, and what was scheduled is not published. As soon as you activate its plan on the web version, it comes back instantly.

  21. Tasks: create, assign and follow each company's work

Every ōrbita company has its own Tasks list. You create one with «New task», choose who is responsible for it and who does it, give it a date, priority, files and comments, and follow it in a list or in a calendar. ōrbita adds on its own the tasks your strategy suggests, and your connected AI sees the same tasks you do. It is included in all plans.

  22. All my companies and each company's Home

All my companies is the list of all your companies, yours and the ones shared with you. When you tap one, its Home opens, with the upcoming proposals, the goal of your strategy and two quick captures for the catalog and customer questions. Home is in all plans; what it shows depends on each company's plan.

  23. Options by network: first comment, alt text, collaborators, music and mentions

Each network has its own options in the Preview step of a post: first comment on Instagram and Facebook, alt text and up to 3 collaborators on Instagram, automatic music on TikTok photo posts and mentions of company pages on LinkedIn. You fill them in by hand, network by network, and they are included in all plans.

  25. How to verify your Google Business Profile

Only Google can verify your listing, on its own site, with the method it offers you (phone, email, postcard or video). Until then you can edit the listing in ōrbita, but Google does not show the changes. ōrbita shows the label NOT VERIFIED and switches to VERIFIED once Google verifies the listing.

  26. Your Google listing in ōrbita: details, hours, photos, services and posts

With your Google Business Profile connected, ōrbita lets you see and edit your Google listing without leaving the app: basic details, hours, attributes, opening date, photos and the services from your catalog. What you save changes your listing on Google. You can also upload a photo to the listing from a post and edit or withdraw a post that is already published. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  27. Google reviews in ōrbita: inbox, replies, alerts and import

The reviews on your Google listing arrive in the Interactions inbox. You filter them by stars, period or whether they are unanswered, reply with saved replies or with your agent's help, leave notes for your team and get an alert when a new one arrives (instantly or in a daily digest). You can also import the good ones into your social proof. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  28. Link tracking: UTM, orbt.es short links and clicks

With link tracking turned on, ōrbita adds UTM tags to the links in your posts and swaps them for an orbt.es short link that counts every click. That way you know which post and which network bring you visits. You can also create links for WhatsApp, email or your bio. Clicks are seen in Metrics. It comes turned off and is in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  29. ōrbita in your Google Calendar: posts and tasks in your calendar

ōrbita creates a separate calendar in your Google Calendar, "ōrbita · your company", and keeps in it your scheduled posts, drafts with a date, tasks with a due date and, if you want, published posts and key dates. It is output only: Google Calendar shows them, everything is changed in ōrbita. There is also an iCal link for any other calendar. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.

  30. Search Console in ōrbita: how people find you on Google

Included in the Satellite, Star and Galaxy plans; in Satellite, with the last 30 days, like the rest of Metrics.

  31. Metrics reports with your agent: create, save and share them

In Metrics, "Generate report" leaves a task for your agent. It reads the figures from your networks, your website and your Google listing, writes the report and saves it in ōrbita, in Metrics, Reports, with a link. You decide whether to share it with a public page and you can stop sharing it whenever you want. On the last day of each month ōrbita also leaves the monthly report task. Included in Satellite, Star and Galaxy.
