Areas: InteractionsPublishing to networks
What it is
Until today, to find out what your audience was saying you had to go into each network one by one. From today ōrbita has an Interactions section that gathers in a single inbox, per company, everything you receive:
- Comments on your posts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Mentions of your account on Instagram and Facebook.
- Reviews of your Google Business Profile listing.
Three tabs (Unread, All, Archived), filters by network, type and owner, and a search box. When you open an interaction you see the original post and, if it came from ōrbita, the proposal it comes from.
What you can do
- Reply without leaving the app. On Google, the owner’s reply can be edited afterwards.
- React or like where the network allows it.
- Assign each interaction to someone on the team, just like a content proposal.
- Hide or delete comments on your own posts, where the network allows it.
- Archive what is already resolved and add to social proof a Google rating to use it as proof.
Comments on your LinkedIn posts, both from the profile and from the company page, already work in the inbox for the pilot companies. LinkedIn is reviewing our request for permanent access; as soon as it approves it, it turns on for every company without you having to do anything.
TikTok: one more permission
TikTok separates publishing from reading comments. When you connect TikTok, after the usual screen a second one appears for comments. If you already had TikTok connected, reconnect it from Connections to grant it. You can decline it and keep publishing as before.
Who it is for
Included in all plans and for every company, from today in the web version and in the mobile apps (version 2.5.0). TikTok comments in the mobile apps arrive with the next update. The step by step is in the Interactions guide.
