Saved replies: respond in a moment, and so does your agent

The Interactions inbox launches saved replies: texts your team reuses on comments, mentions and Google reviews, with the writer's name and your business name already filled in, change history and comments with mentions. Your agent reads, uses, creates, edits, deletes and comments on them over MCP.

What changes

Many replies look alike: thanking someone for a five-star review, giving the opening hours, explaining how to book. From today you write them once and your team uses them on any network in the Interactions inbox: comments, mentions and Google reviews.

  • Reply in a moment: when you press Reply, the Saved replies button lets you pick one. It goes into the reply, you tweak it if you want and you send it.
  • Personalized on their own: {author} is replaced by the name of whoever wrote to you and {business} by your company’s name.
  • Its own screen: from the Saved replies button in the Interactions header you create, search, edit and delete them.
  • Change history: each one says who created or changed it and when, whether a person or an agent.
  • Comments with mentions: talk about a reply with your team and mention whoever needs to see it, an agent included.

They are included in all plans, with no limit on the number of replies.

Your agent manages them too

Like everything in ōrbita, what you do your agent can do (Claude, ChatGPT or another one connected with the ōrbita connector), with your same permissions:

  • It reads them and looks at each one with its history and its comments.
  • It uses them to suggest replies to comments and reviews, and only sends one if you give it the OK in the chat.
  • It creates, edits and deletes them, for example: “Create three saved replies for the questions that come up most on Instagram”.
  • It comments on them and mentions your team. If someone mentions your agent, ōrbita notifies it.

Everything it does is signed with its name in the history.

How it differs from other tools

Metricool, Buffer and Hootsuite also have saved replies in their inbox. The difference is in what your agent can do. According to the official pages of their MCP connectors, checked on November 4, 2026:

Your agent reads and uses themYour agent creates, edits, deletes and comments on them
ōrbitaYesYes, everything
HootsuiteYesIts page does not mention it
MetricoolNo: its connector does not reach the inboxNo
BufferNo: its connector only works with postsNo

With ōrbita, your agent can review all your saved replies in the tone of your Brand Kit, create the missing ones and leave your team a comment about what changed, without you opening the app. You have it in detail in the comparisons with Metricool, Buffer and Hootsuite.

How to get started

  1. Go to Interactions and press Saved replies.
  2. Press New reply, give it a name and write the text with {author} and {business}.
  3. The next time you reply, pick it in Saved replies.

Or ask your agent: “Look at the Google reviews I have unanswered and create the saved replies I would need”.
