Metrics: how your connected networks are doing, open to every company

The Metrics section saves a daily snapshot of each company's connected networks (followers, views, interactions and posts) and shows it by network and by post. It covers Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and the personal LinkedIn profile. Available for every company.

What you see

Four indicators for the period (followers, views, interactions and posts) with their change, the evolution of followers and the list of the period’s posts, which you can sort by date, likes, comments or views. Posts made from ōrbita carry a mark so you can tell them apart.

What each network measures

Instagram and Facebook save followers and the reactions and comments on each post; YouTube, subscribers, views and per-video data; Google Business Profile, how many times the listing appeared on Maps and in Search, the actions taken from the listing and what the people who found you were searching for; LinkedIn, the performance of the posts made from ōrbita. The detail for each network, and what is not available yet (and why), is in the Metrics guide.

If you had LinkedIn connected

LinkedIn requires a new permission to read statistics: the app will ask you to disconnect and reconnect the profile. How to do it is in the guide on connections.

Data

The data is stored in ōrbita’s database and only the people with access to that company can see it. The privacy policy was updated that day to reflect this: privacy.
